Easy check in room is clean a/c and heat work great. The staff do a good job of creating a relaxed setting. Alot of hotels make you feel uncomfortable like your always doing something wrong or your just waiting for the bomb to drop because they make it a point to try to find a reason to upcharge your credit card or take your incidentals deposit. At Motel 6 West they are always there if you need help with something but otherwise they leave you alone to relax and enjoy your stay. I don't feel like I'm being stalked or spyed on.

First and foremost, the lady that checked us in was AMAZING! This place is short staffed, along with many other businesses, we know. However, she was friendly, patient, curtious, and we appreciated her so much!! Plus, the way she respectfully handled the rude, and self entitled old lady that left as we came into check in and was back before we were finished with our check in, WAS AMAZING! Room was spacious, clean, fresh smell, comfy beds, annnd pet friendly is always a plus! Will stay again!

The front desk girls were super nice and Renae found us room on bottom instead of top cause I was on crutches and in morning carried my coffee to my room. The girl that took over for her was very nice and sociable, we had a no smoking room .And would recommend this motel and not far from down town or divison street.

Everything was great! I usually don't stay at Motel 6 because they are usually dirty, uncomfortable, loud, and questionable guests. But this Motel 6 had helpful staff, comfortable beds, quiet, clean, and no questionable people. And close to the airport, would recommend.
